4 days in London with younger children

Hi,
     I am overwhelmed by all the sites to see! This will be my children's first time in London and I am struggling with planning an itinerary that makes sense geographically and hits all the main sites. My husband and I have been before (years ago) and this trip is not about us-its all for the children. We have 4.5 days-please help! One day is eaten up by Harry Potter studio tour, and somehow I need to fit in tea and the kids want to see Matilda. Can anyone help with a loose itinerary?
